In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 24, 2022 No. 25 “On the establishment of the non–profit Joint Stock Company National Center for Child Rehabilitation” (hereinafter – NAO “NCDR”), NAO “NCDR” was established with one hundred percent state participation in the authorized capital, and a decision was made to transfer ownership rights to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the use of the state block of shares of NAO “NCDR”.
