4. Fluorography/ snapshot (copy) of the chest organs with the conclusion of a radiologist or the conclusion of a phthisiologist (from an antituberculous dispensary)
5.Blood for microreaction (10 days)
6.Conclusion of a dermatologist for persons caring for children from 1 to 3 years old (for visiting the pool with children)
7.Consultation sheet of a gynecologist/urologist with the interpretation of a smear on the degree of cleanliness for the care of children from 1 to 3 years old (for visiting the pool with children)
8.Have with you: a swimsuit, a hat, slates for persons caring for children from 1 to 3 years old (for visiting the pool with children)

Note

1. In case of concomitant chronic pathology, it is necessary to conduct: consultations with a specialized specialist, where the stage of chronic pathology, recommendations and the absence of contraindications for rehabilitation treatment should be indicated.

2.If there is an X-ray, CT scan, MRI scan, EEG conclusions and other studies, provide them to the doctor upon admission.

3.The child and the accompanying person must be provided with shoes and clothing according to the season, removable non-slip shoes (with a closed heel), 4-5 changes of underwear, handkerchiefs, sports uniforms, a bathing suit for the child (diapers, cap and glasses), toiletries (soap, toothbrush, paste, shampoo, comb etc.), a stroller.

4. Bring school books and notebooks with you (textbooks for elementary grades are all with you, for senior classes mathematics, Russian, English, chemistry, physics, biology, history).

5. Hip surgery (for a period of no more than 1 year at the time of hospitalization) must be brought with you for children with CP (with spastic forms) and other diseases accompanied by spasticity (according to the GMFCS scale III-V level), orthopedic consultation (if possible).

6. In case of non-fulfillment of 7.8 points by accompanying persons, children cannot use the pool!
