The library of the National Center for Child Rehabilitation was opened in 2007, with a total area of 144.97 sq. m.2 for 30 seats. For the convenience of readers, all conditions have been created in the library: a subscription, a reading room with upholstered furniture, a corner for children, a monthly thematic book exhibition.
The reading room has access to the Internet and library databases, and it is possible to print the necessary material.
The library fund has more than -3030 units of books, of which -1923 are on medicine; correctional pedagogy -405; children’s literature — 275: fiction -427.
The archive of periodicals contains more than 50 titles of medical journals; more than 30 titles of a correctional and pedagogical nature.
Traditionally, the library organizes book exhibitions on a regular basis for significant and memorable dates, and the permanent exhibition “Biz Tours” about our center, which is periodically updated with new information from the life of the Center.
For comfortable service, readers are given a choice; they can come and read their favorite literature in the library’s reading room, they can also take it with them for a certain period of time according to the Rules of Use of the library and in accordance with the established procedure.
