The compliance officer organizes and carries out work to create an anti-corruption culture, on issues of integrity and ethics, and to identify and reduce corruption risks in the Company.
The term “compliance” (from the English “to comply” or “comply”) refers to initiatives whose goal is to prevent violations of laws and the requirements of regulatory documents, regulations of regulatory authorities and the company’s internal code of ethics.
